Guiding County is located in the central part of Middle Guizhou Mountain Plateau in the east of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,it is the main producing area of quartz sandstone deposits in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,and the territory is mainly composed of sedimentary rocks,and the occurrence of quartz sandstone deposits is closely related to the sedimentary environment.There are abundant quartz sandstone deposits in Guiding County,with abundant resources and good quality.This paper analyzes the characteristics and ore quality of the quartz sandstone deposits in Guiding County,reveals the genesis and prospecting indicators of the deposits,studies the development and utilization value of the quartz sandstone deposits,and provides reference for the development and utilization of the quartz sandstone deposits in Guiding County.
