红土镍矿高压酸浸技术优化研究

近年来,印度尼西亚掀起高压酸浸项目投资热潮,多个项目已投产或处于规划中.项目一般由中方背景主导,技术成熟,装备可靠,单位投资较低,建设速度较快,运营经验丰富,爬坡期较短,单线产能大,装备国产化趋势明显.高压酸浸(High Pressure Acid Leach,HPAL)技术优化涉及4个重点,一是提高原矿浆浓密底流浓度,二是预热方式优化,三是一段沉镍钴流程优化,四是沉镍钴沉淀剂优化.高压酸浸技术主要有5个发展方向,即尾渣综合利用、关键设备国产化替代、增加高压釜长度、配矿和锰综合回收利用.本文结合近年来红土镍矿高压酸浸技术的发展特点,分析高压酸浸技术优化重点,指出高压酸浸技术发展方向,为新建项目的规划和运营提供有效指导.
Research on the Optimization of High-Pressure Acid Leaching Technology for Laterite Nickel Ore
In recent years,Indonesia has sparked a wave of investment in high-pressure acid leaching projects,with multiple projects already in operation or under planning.Projects are generally led by the Chinese background,with mature technology,reliable equipment,low unit investment,fast construction speed,rich operational experience,short ramp up period,large single line production capacity,and a clear trend of equipment localization.The optimization of High-Pressure Acid Leaching(HPAL)technology involves four key points:first,improving the concentration of the original slurry at the bottom flow;second,optimizing the preheating method;third,optimizing the first stage nickel-cobalt precipitation process;and fourth,optimizing the nickel-cobalt precipitation agent.There are five main development directions for high-pressure acid leaching technology,namely comprehensive utilization of tailings,domestic substitution of key equipment,increasing the length of high-pressure vessels,ore blending,and comprehensive recovery and utilization of manganese.Based on the development characteristics of high-pressure acid leaching technology for laterite nickel ore in recent years,this paper analyzes the optimization focus of high-pressure acid leaching technology,points out the development direction of high-pressure acid leaching technology,and provides effective guidance for the planning and operation of new projects.
