UASB和MBR组合工艺处理生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液的研究

上升式厌氧污泥床(Upward Anaerobic Sludge Bed,UASB)和膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)是目前较为流行的渗滤液处理技术,其组合工艺可有效处理渗滤液.生活垃圾焚烧发电厂可以综合运用两种技术,提升渗滤液处理能力,降低渗滤液对环境的危害.本文结合生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液产生量与设计进出水水质,设计渗滤液处理工艺,确定关键构筑物和设备参数,然后开展应用案例分析,验证渗滤液处理效果.经现场测试,UASB和MBR组合工艺可有效降低渗滤液的氨氮浓度,明显改善出水水质.
Research on the Combined Process of UASB and MBR for Treating Leachate from Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plants
Upward Anaerobic Sludge Bed(UASB)and Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)are currently popular leachate treatment technologies,and their combined processes can effectively treat leachate.Domestic waste incineration power plants can comprehensively utilize two technologies to enhance the treatment capacity of leachate and reduce the harm of leachate to the environment.Based on the production volume of leachate from domestic waste incineration power plants and the designed inlet and outlet water quality,this paper designs a leachate treatment process,determines key structural and equipment parameters,and then conducts application case analysis to verify the effectiveness of leachate treatment.Through on-site testing,the combination process of UASB and MBR can effectively reduce the ammonia nitrogen concentration of leachate and significantly improve the effluent quality.
