Feasibility Study on Using Waste as a Substitute for River Sand to Prepare Cement Bricks
In the production of cement bricks, the use of agricultural waste can reduce environmental pollution. In order to study the feasibility of using agricultural waste as a substitute for river sand to prepare cement bricks, this paper uses agricultural waste partially as a substitute for sand to prepare cement bricks, and tests the physical properties of cement bricks. The results show that the compressive and tensile strength of cement bricks prepared from most agricultural waste are weak, but through reasonable mix design, straw cement bricks meet the strength requirements. The research results provide reference for the reuse of waste.
