当前,全球废弃移动产品(Waste Mobile Products,WMPs)数量持续呈增长趋势,回收率却持续偏低.提升WMPs的回收率,选择适宜的处理方式,有助于显著节约资源,减少环境影响.积极开展WMPs的回收行动对于经济、环境和资源层面的可持续发展至关重要.本文以废旧手机为例,运用生命周期评估(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)对WMPs的资源化回收处理过程进行量化,并与传统的焚烧与填埋过程进行对比.研究结果表明,相较于传统处理方式,采用循环回收方式可使环境影响和资源消耗减少约 50%.其中,废旧电路板回收处理可节约高达 56.1%的资源,进而实现可持续发展.
Study on the Life Cycle of Recycling and Utilization of Used Mobile Phones under Sustainable Policies
Currently,the number of Waste Mobile Products(WMPs)worldwide continues to grow,but the recycling rate remains low.Improving the recovery rate of WMPs and selecting appropriate treatment methods can significantly save resources and reduce environmental impact.Actively carrying out recycling actions for WMPs is crucial for sustainable development at the economic,environmental,and resource levels.Taking used mobile phones as an example,this paper uses Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)to quantify the resource recovery and treatment process of WMPs,and compares it with traditional incineration and landfill processes.The research results indicate that compared to traditional treatment methods,adopting recycling methods can reduce environmental impact and resource consumption by about 50%.Among them,the recycling and treatment of waste circuit boards can save up to 56.1%of resources,thereby achieving sustainable development.
