摘要
耕作层表土是对农业至关重要的自然资源,在我国高度重视耕地保护的背景下,表土剥离工作的系统化建设显得尤为重要.本文结合国外及国内开展表土剥离的实践经验,总结国外表土剥离的研究进展与国内表土剥离的实践特征,然后从制度体系、推进机制、市场模式等方面归纳可借鉴的经验启示,以促进我国表土剥离的发展.
Abstract
The topsoil in the cultivation layer is a crucial natural resource for agriculture,against the backdrop of China's high emphasis on farmland protection,the systematic construction of topsoil stripping work is particularly important.Based on the practical experience of topsoil stripping abroad and domestically,this paper summarizes the research progress of topsoil stripping abroad and the practical characteristics of topsoil stripping in China,and then summarizes the lessons that can be learned to promote the development of topsoil stripping in China from the aspects of institutional system,promotion mechanism,market model,etc.
