含钯废催化剂湿法回收富集工艺的研究现状

为降低我国资源对外依存度,国内钯的供应重心逐渐向含钯二次资源的回收利用转移.基于此,本文结合炭载体、氧化铝载体和堇青石载体等常见载体的含钯废催化剂预处理方法,综述湿法回收富集工艺现状.根据载体的不同特性,预处理后的废催化剂采用不同方式进行富集,富集方法包括载体溶解法、活性组分溶解法、全溶解法、置换法、离子交换法和溶液萃取法等.
Research Status of Hydrometallurgical Recovery and Enrichment Process for Palladium Containing Waste Catalysts
In order to reduce China's external dependence on resources,the focus of domestic palladium supply is gradually shifting towards the recycling and utilization of secondary resources containing palladium.Based on this,combined with the pretreatment method of palladium containing waste catalysts of common carriers,such as carbon carrier,alumina carrier,and cordierite carrier,this paper reviews the current status of hydrometallurgical recovery and enrichment processes.According to the different characteristics of the carrier,the pretreated waste catalyst is enriched using different methods,including carrier dissolution method,active component dissolution method,total dissolution method,displacement method,ion exchange method,and solution extraction method.
