森林康养产业发展的生态补偿机制研究综述

摘要
解决森林资源正外部性问题对森林康养产业的发展具有重要意义.生态补偿作为一种有效手段,可用于解决正外部性问题,因此将生态补偿机制引入森林康养产业.当前,森林康养产业引入生态补偿机制的相关研究较少,实质上,其属于森林生态补偿的一部分.本文结合国内外研究现状,综述森林生态补偿的理论基础、构成要素和发展,从而探索森林康养产业生态补偿机制,拓宽森林生态补偿视域,促进森林康养产业构建生态补偿机制.
Abstract
Solving the problem of positive externalities in forest resources is of great significance for the development of the forest health care industry.Ecological compensation,as an effective means,can be used to address positive externalities,therefore,the ecological compensation mechanism is introduced into the forest health care industry.Currently,there is relatively little research on the introduction of ecological compensation mechanisms in the forest health care industry,in essence,it belongs to a part of forest ecological compensation.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis,constituent elements,and development of forest ecological compensation,in order to explore the ecological compensation mechanism of forest health care industry,broaden the perspective of forest ecological compensation,and promote the construction of ecological compensation mechanism in forest health care industry.
