摘要
目前,常用的水中多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons,PAHs)前处理方法有液液萃取法、固相萃取法、固相微萃取法和分散液液微萃取法,检测方法有毛细管电泳法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法和表面增强拉曼光谱法.本文综述水中多环芳烃的常用前处理和检测方法,然后展望其发展趋势,以提高水中多环芳烃检测效果,为区域水环境改善提供数据支持.
Abstract
At present,commonly used pre-treatment methods for Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs)in water include liquid-liquid extraction,solid-phase extraction,solid-phase microextraction,and dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction,and detection methods include capillary electrophoresis,gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.This paper reviews the commonly used pre-treatment and detection methods for PAHs in water,and then looks forward to their development trends to improve the detection efficiency of PAHs in water and provide data support for regional water environment improvement.
