"十四五"时期,随着美丽中国建设的不断推进,环境污染防治已从"坚决打好"转入"深入打好"的新阶段.高水平环境保护对环境污染治理新工艺、新技术与新装备提出更高的要求,环保市场悄然发生变化.初创型环保企业创新能力强,对市场变化敏感.孵化并扶持初创型环保企业健康成长,做精做强,加速环保科技创新成果转化,已成为各地提升环境治理水平,推动生态环境质量持续改善的有力手段.本文结合广东省初创型环保企业发展现状,分析其发展存在的问题,然后提出发展扶持建议.总体来说,要搭建科技成果推广落地平台,开展专业孵化培训,强化财政金融政策扶持,加强知识产权保护.
Analysis on the Development Status and Support Strategies for Start-up Environmental Protection Enterprises in Guangdong Province
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,with the continuous promotion of the construction of a beautiful China,the prevention and control of environmental pollution has shifted from"resolute efforts"to a new stage of"in-depth efforts".High level environmental protection poses higher requirements for new processes,technologies,and equipment for environmental pollution control,and the environmental protection market is quietly undergoing changes.Startup environmental protection enterprises have strong innovation capabilities and are sensitive to market changes.Incubating and supporting start-up environmental protection enterprises to grow healthily,become more refined and strong,accelerate the transformation of environmental technology innovation achievements,has become a powerful means for various regions to improve environmental governance levels and promote continuous improvement of ecological environment quality.Based on the development status of start-up environmental protection enterprises in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems in their development and proposes development support suggestions.Overall,it is necessary to build a platform for promoting and landing scientific and technological achievements,carry out professional incubation and training,strengthen financial and fiscal policy support,and strengthen intellectual property protection.
