摘要
危险废物环境管理是固体废物污染防治的重中之重,对防范环境风险、优化产业结构具有重要意义.本文结合石嘴山市危险废物管理现状,指出危险废物管理存在的问题,然后提出应对策略.石嘴山市危险废物产生量大,但监管力度不够,利用处置能力不足,综合利用缺乏政策引导.未来,要加大监管力度,补齐利用处置短板,加强政策引导,推进危险废物管理,助力"无废城市"建设.
Abstract
Environmental management of hazardous waste is of utmost importance in the prevention and control of solid waste pollution,and is of great significance in preventing environmental risks and optimizing industrial structure.Based on the current situation of hazardous waste management in Shizuishan City,this paper points out the problems in hazardous waste management and proposes corresponding strategies.The amount of hazardous waste generated in Shizuishan City is large,but the supervision is insufficient,the utilization and disposal capacity is insufficient,and the comprehensive utilization lacks policy guidance.In the future,it is necessary to increase regulatory efforts,fill the gaps in utilization and disposal,strengthen policy guidance,promote hazardous waste management,and assist in the construction of"zero-waste cities".
