摘要
在碳达峰碳中和背景下,加强对风电、光电等清洁能源的合理利用是实现低碳发展的重要举措.近年来,桂阳县大力发展风电、光电和蓄能等三大新能源产业,实现经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的三赢,为降碳减排做出贡献.但是,桂阳县依然面临消纳能力不足、林地政策收紧、配套产业滞后和施工环境欠优等问题.未来,桂阳县要科学编制规划,拓展发展空间,优化发展环境,强化服务保障,促进新能源产业的可持续发展.
Abstract
In the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,strengthening the rational utilization of clean energy such as wind power and optoelectronics is an important measure to achieve low-carbon development.In recent years,Guiyang County has vigorously developed the three major new energy industries of wind power,optoelectronics,and energy storage,achieving a win-win situation of economic,ecological,and social benefits,and contributing to carbon reduction and emission reduction.However,Guiyang County still faces problems such as insufficient consumption capacity,tightened forest land policies,lagging supporting industries,and suboptimal construction environment.In the future,Guiyang County should scientifically formulate plans,expand development space,optimize development environment,strengthen service guarantees,and promote the sustainable development of the new energy industry.
