Research on Application of SCR Denitrification System for Flue Gas Treatment of Hazardous Waste Incineration
Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)is a widely used flue gas treatment process in hazardous waste incineration enterprises. The SCR denitrification system of a hazardous waste incineration disposal project is located at the rear end of the wet acid removal process for flue gas treatment, and the design temperature of the SCR reactor is 260℃,and the heating process requires a large amount of natural gas to heat the flue gas. Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the design of the process plan, conduct economic benefit analysis, clarify the operational risks of the SCR denitrification system, and propose countermeasures. After design,a two-stage flue gas heat exchange system is adopted, the flue gas after wet deacidification undergoes primary heat exchange with the outlet flue gas of the bag filter room, and then undergoes secondary heat exchange with the flue gas after reacting with SCR,after two heating cycles, the flue gas temperature reaches 220℃,and then enters the SCR reactor.Compared with the direct heating method of natural gas, this process can significantly reduce natural gas consumption, saving about 5.3 million yuan in natural gas costs annually, and has good environmental and economic benefits.
