Case Analysis of Zero Emission Project for High-Salt Desulfurization Wastewater
The flue gas washing in the non-ferrous metal smelting industry produces a large amount of waste liquid, which contains a large amount of salt, high heavy metal content, and complex components.A certain molybdenum smelting enterprise adopts the process of"biological agent deep treatment + membrane separation + evaporation"to treat two streams of saline wastewater in the sulfuric acid workshop, and the designed treatment scale of the new project is 100 m3/d.The project operation results show that the purified wastewater is concentrated through reverse osmosis and then combined with high-salt dry suction wastewater to enter the Mechanical Vapor Re-compression(MVR)for evaporation, and the produced sodium salt is properly disposed, and the fresh water from the membrane and evaporative condensate meet the requirements of the enterprise's reuse water. This set of processes eliminates the environmental pollution risk caused by the discharge of high-salt production wastewater, achieves zero emission, and provides disposal experience for similar wastewater.
