铜钴矿酸浸渣絮凝沉降试验研究

以铜钴矿硫酸浸出渣为研究对象,开展絮凝沉降试验。结果表明,矿浆浓度为 10。5%,絮凝剂浓度为0。1%时,AZ5005 絮凝剂用量为 70 g/t,底流矿浆浓度可达 43。32%;5310 絮凝剂用量为 60 g/t,底流矿浆浓度可达 45。30%。二者絮凝上清液均清澈,可以满足生产需求。矿浆浓度下降为 5。5%时,两种絮凝剂的沉降速度变快。絮凝剂添加量为 60 g/t时,AZ5005 絮凝剂、5310 絮凝剂的即时沉降速度分别达 34。06 m/h、26。78 m/h,此时只有 5310 絮凝剂的上清液较清澈,可以满足生产需求。
Experimental Study on Flocculation and Settlement of Copper Cobalt Ore Acid Leaching Residue
Taking the sulfuric acid leaching residue of copper cobalt ore as the research object,this paper conducts flocculation and sedimentation experiments.The results show that when the slurry concentration is 10.5%and the flocculant concentration is 0.1%,the dosage of AZ5005 flocculant is 70 g/t,and the bottom flow slurry concentration can reach 43.32%;the dosage of flocculant 5310 is 60 g/t,and the concentration of underflow slurry can reach 45.30%.Both flocculation supernatants are clear and can meet production needs.When the slurry concentration decreases to 5.5%,the settling speed of the two flocculants becomes faster.When the dosage of flocculant is 60 g/t,the instant settling rates of AZ5005 flocculant and 5310 flocculant reach 34.06 m/h and 26.78 m/h,respectively,at this time,only the supernatant of 5310 flocculant is relatively clear,which can meet production needs.
