垃圾焚烧发电厂产能提升改造分析

摘要
系统分析某垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾焚烧炉和余热锅炉运行过程中出现的问题,然后提出产能提升改造方案.总体来说,将空冷墙结构改成水冷燃烧室结构;改进前后拱的结构,在后拱布置水冷壁,外敷耐火浇注料;于二烟道烟气预热器下方增设竖直布置的屏式水冷壁,同时在该处增设蒸汽吹灰点;余热锅炉受热面原有激波吹灰方案改为蒸汽吹灰+激波吹灰的联合吹灰方式.改造后,焚烧炉运行稳定,垃圾处理量由 500 t/d增加至 596 t/d;高温过热器入口温度由 620℃降至 552℃;蒸发量比设计值提高 23.9%;月发电量由 598.56 万kW·h提高至 717.47 万kW·h.本项目改造思路可以为其他垃圾焚烧发电厂产能提升改造提供参考.
Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the problems that occur during the operation of the waste incinerator and waste heat boiler in a certain waste incineration power plant,and then proposes a capacity improvement renovation plan.Overall,the air-cooled wall structure is changed to a water-cooled combustion chamber structure;the structure of the front and rear arches is improved,with water-cooled walls arranged in the rear arches and fire-resistant casting materials applied externally;a vertically arranged screen type water-cooled wall is added below the second flue gas preheater,and a steam blowing point is added at this location;the original shock wave blowing scheme for the heating surface of the waste heat boiler is changed to a combined blowing method of steam blowing and shock wave blowing.After the renovation,the incinerator operates stably,and the waste treatment capacity increases from 500 t/d to 596 t/d;the inlet temperature of the high-temperature superheater has decreased from 620℃to 552℃;the evaporation rate increases by 23.9%compared to the design value;the monthly power generation has increased from 5.985 6 million kW·h to 7.174 7 million kW·h.The renovation ideas of this project can provide reference for the capacity improvement renovation of other waste incineration power plants.
