Evaluation of Resource and Environmental Carrying Capacity Based on National Spatial Planning—Taking Bayannur City as an Example
The evaluation of resource and environmental carrying capacity is an important component of national spatial planning, aimed at scientifically assessing the support capacity of natural resources and environment for human activities in the region.Taking Bayannur city as the research area, combined with national spatial planning, this paper uses geographic information system and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system for resource and environmental carrying capacity, and conducts a detailed evaluation of ecological protection, agricultural production, and urban construction. The evaluation results reveal the different carrying levels of ecological protection, agricultural production, and urban construction functions in Bayannur city, providing scientific basis for sustainable development and resource and environmental protection in the research area.Research has pointed out that the ecological environment protection situation in Bayannur city is severe, and the utilization rate of agricultural land is low,and it is necessary to optimize the national spatial pattern, improve resource utilization efficiency, and enhance the carrying capacity of resources and environment.
