摘要
国有土地资产管理是国有资产管理的重要组成部分,有助于实现土地资产的增值保值和土地资源的可持续利用.本文结合贵州省省级国有土地资产管理现状,借鉴国内外土地资产管理的先进经验与启示,然后提出贵州省省级国有土地资产管理优化对策,从而加强和规范贵州省省级国有土地资产管理,盘活低效闲置土地资产,实现土地资源的可持续利用.
Abstract
The management of state-owned land assets is an important component of state-owned asset management,which helps to achieve the appreciation and preservation of land assets and the sustainable use of land resources.Based on the current situation of provincial state-owned land asset management in Guizhou province,this paper draws on advanced experience and inspiration in land asset management at home and abroad,and then proposes optimization strategies for provincial state-owned land asset management in Guizhou province,in order to strengthen and standardize the management of provincial state-owned land assets in Guizhou province,revitalize inefficient idle land assets,and achieve sustainable use of land resources.
