Study on Cross Regional Unified Allocation of Water Resources in the Old Course of the Yellow River in Suqian City
The old course of the Yellow River is the main river channel within the territory of Suqian city,it is not only a flood passage,but also a major irrigation and water supply channel along the line,playing an important role in ensuring people's livelihood,industrial development,and ecological construction in Suqian city.However,there are still some prominent problems in the old course of the Yellow River,such as insufficient water resource supply,poor water system connectivity,and uneven distribution of water transmission and distribution.In this paper,a water resource supply-demand balance analysis is conducted on the old course of the Yellow River,based on the supply-demand balance gap,the allocation goal of basic water resource supply-demand balance is achieved through the rational allocation of existing water replenishment projects,thus providing water resources guarantee for promoting the construction of the ecological and prosperous corridor and high-quality economic and social development of the old course of the Yellow River in Suqian city.
