摘要

随着工业高速发展,我国废水产生量逐年增加.其中,脱硫废水是典型高盐废水.近年来,浓缩减量技术成为脱硫废水零排放研究热点.市场上,废水浓缩技术主要分为2种,即膜法和热法,目前以热法为主.本文综述烟气浓缩、多效浓缩(以三效浓缩为代表)和空气浓缩的技术原理、工艺流程和技术特点,然后以某企业脱硫废水零排放项目为例,从技术性、安全性和经济性的角度对 3 种热法浓缩技术进行对比分析.研究结果表明,相比烟气浓缩和三效浓缩,空气浓缩的技术性、安全性和经济性更优.

Abstract

With the rapid development of industry,the amount of wastewater generated in China has been increasing year by year.Among them,desulfurization wastewater is a typical high salt wastewater.In recent years,concentration reduction technology has become a hot research topic for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater.In the market,there are mainly two types of wastewater concentration technologies,namely membrane method and thermal method,with thermal method being the main method at present.This paper reviews the technical principles,process flow,and technical characteristics of flue gas concentration,multi effect concentration(represented by three effect concentration),and air concentration,and then compares and analyzes three thermal concentration technologies from the perspectives of technology,safety,and economy by taking the zero discharge project of desulfurization wastewater in a certain enterprise as an example.The research results indicate that compared to flue gas concentration and three effect concentration,air concentration has better technical,safety,and economic benefits.
