Analysis of Zero Emission and Resource Utilization Treatment Technology for Iron Phosphate Wastewater
At present, lithium iron phosphate is the main positive electrode material for lithium batteries, and iron phosphate is a key precursor for preparing lithium iron phosphate. The production process of iron phosphate generates a large amount of wastewater, which has strong acidity, high salinity, and high treatment difficulty, and has become a bottleneck restricting the development of iron phosphate production enterprises.Iron phosphate wastewater contains high concentrations of phosphate, sulfate, ammonia, and metal ions, after pre-treatment + membrane concentration + evaporation crystallization treatment, the wastewater can obtain by-products such as ammonium sulfate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and the treated wastewater can be reused in the production process,so the iron phosphate wastewater has good resource recovery value. This paper reviews the current status of iron phosphate wastewater treatment technology, analyzes the problems in iron phosphate wastewater treatment, and then proposes a zero emission treatment technology for iron phosphate wastewater,in order to achieve the resource utilization of iron phosphate wastewater and protect the ecological environment.
