摘要
长期的煤炭开采过程催生大量的采煤塌陷地,造成土地沉降、生态破坏和用地闲置等问题.采煤塌陷地日渐成为煤炭资源型城市转型发展的阻力,亟待综合治理和快速修复.本文以济宁都市区绿心项目为例,分析预治理理念下采煤塌陷地综合治理规划,提出生态治理、空间更新与产业转型相结合的综合治理模式,以多因子评估为基础,分类分步进行生态与空间治理,根据地表资源恢复情况进行产业重构,为采煤塌陷地快速实现生态修复和煤炭资源型城市复兴提供借鉴.
Abstract
The long-term coal mining process has led to a large number of coal mining collapses,causing problems such as land subsidence,ecological damage,and idle land.The coal mining collapse has become an obstacle to the transformation and development of coal resource-based cities,and comprehensive treatment and rapid restoration are urgently needed.In this paper,taking the green core project in the Jining urban area as an example,the comprehensive treatment plan for coal mining collapse is analyzed under the concept of pretreatment,and a comprehensive treatment model is proposed that combines ecological treatment,spatial renewal,and industrial transformation,based on multi factor evaluation,ecological and spatial treatment is classified and step-by-step,and industrial restructuring is carried out according to the restoration of surface resources,providing reference for the rapid ecological restoration of coal mining collapse and the revitalization of coal resource-based cities.
