长沙黄花国际机场旧油库地块土壤环境状况调查与评估

摘要
土地用途拟变更为居住用地和商业、学校等公共设施用地的地块应开展土壤环境状况调查.本文以长沙黄花国际机场旧油库地块为例,调查地块历史沿革与污染情况,分析潜在污染区域与污染因子,并采用专业判断布点法,系统开展土壤环境状况调查.结果显示,该地块不属于污染地块,可作为一类用地、二类用地进行开发,为类似油库地块土壤环境状况调查提供参考.
Abstract
The soil environmental condition investigation should be conducted on land plots,whose land use is planned to be changed to residential land and public facility land for business and school.Taking the old oil depot plot of Changsha Huanghua International Airport as an example,this paper investigates the historical evolution and pollution situation of the plot,analyzes potential pollution areas and factors,and uses professional judgment and point layout method to systematically carry out soil environmental condition investigation.The results show that the plot does not belong to a polluted area and can be developed as a first-class or second-class land,providing reference for soil environmental investigation of similar oil depot plots.
