膜浓缩技术在高盐废水减量处理中的应用研究

膜浓缩技术具有操作简便、产水稳定和成本较低等优点,近年来广泛应用在废水脱盐中.膜浓缩可以实现高盐废水的减量化处理,降低蒸发系统的负荷,实现废水零排放.为了考察膜浓缩技术在高盐废水处理中的应用性能,试验采用纳滤膜和反渗透膜处理含硫酸钠高盐废水,对比两种膜的浓缩减量效果.试验结果表明,全盐量为 8%的高盐废水分别采用纳滤膜和反渗透膜进行处理,在运行压力分别为 7.0 MPa和 7.5 MPa的条件下,浓水减量率均可达到 50%,浓水电导率均大于 100 mS/cm.与反渗透膜相比,纳滤膜的孔径更大,需要克服的渗透压较低.运行压力相同时,相比反渗透膜,纳滤膜的产水速率更快,产水通量更大,而在回收率相同的工况下,纳滤膜的运行压力更低.总体而言,对于高盐废水,纳滤膜的浓缩减量效果比反渗透膜好.
Research on the Application of Membrane Concentration Technology in the Reduction Treatment of High Salinity Wastewater
Membrane concentration technology has the advantages of simple operation,stable water production,and low cost,and has been widely used in wastewater desalination in recent years.Membrane concentration can achieve the reduction treatment of high salt wastewater,reduce the load of the evaporation system,and achieve zero discharge of wastewater.In order to investigate the application performance of membrane concentration technology in the treatment of high salt wastewater,nanofiltration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane are used in the experiment to treat high salt wastewater containing sodium sulfate,and the concentration reduction effects of the two membranes are compared.The experimental results show that high salinity wastewater with a total salt content of 8%is treated using nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes,respectively,under operating pressures of 7.0 MPa and 7.5 MPa,the reduction rate of concentrated water can reach 50%,and the conductivity of concentrated water is greater than 100 mS/cm.Compared with reverse osmosis membranes,nanofiltration membranes have a larger pore size and lower osmotic pressure to overcome.When the operating pressure is the same,compared to reverse osmosis membranes,nanofiltration membranes have a faster water production rate and larger water production flux,however,under the same recovery rate,the operating pressure of nanofiltration membranes is lower.Overall,for high salinity wastewater,the concentration reduction effect of nanofiltration membranes is better than that of reverse osmosis membranes.
