试验通过酸性浸出+氧化除杂的工艺处理国内某锰矿新开采的锰矿石。试验结果表明,硫酸浓度为540 kg/t,浸出温度为90℃,浸出时间为6 h时,锰的浸出率为75。05%,铁的浸出率为55。41%。氧化除杂后,溶液中的铁和磷含量减少99。99%,小于1 mg/L,Mn含量为30。38~35。86 g/L,满足制备合格电解液的要求。
Experimental Study on Acid Leaching Process of Manganese Ore
The experiment uses a process of acid leaching+oxidation impurity removal to treat newly mined manganese ore from a domestic manganese ore.The experimental results show that when the sulfuric acid concentration is 540 kg/t,the leaching temperature is 90℃,and the leaching time is 6 h,the leaching rate of manganese is 75.05%,and the leaching rate of iron is 55.41%.After oxidation impurity removal,the iron and phosphorus content in the solution decreases by 99.99%,less than 1 mg/L,and the Mn content is 30.38~35.86 g/L,meeting the requirements for preparing qualified electrolytes.
