Effect of Ultrafiltration Water on the Activity of Anaerobic Ammonia Oxidizing Bacteria
In order to investigate the effects of different ratios of artificial water, ultrafiltration water, and biogas slurry on the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria, anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction experiments are conducted, and different mixed ratios of artificial water, ultrafiltration water, and biogas slurry are used in microbial community cultivation to observe and compare the conversion of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, and to analyze the changes in the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria under different water quality conditions.Five experimental groups are set up,including 460 mL of artificially prepared water added to bottle 1#,230 mL of artificially prepared water+230 mL of ultrafiltration water added to bottle 2#,460 mL of ultrafiltration water added to bottle 3#,230 mL of ultrafiltration water+230 mL of biogas slurry added to bottle 4#,and 460 mL of biogas slurry added to bottle 5#.The experimental results show that adding different proportions of ultrafiltration water and biogas slurry significantly affects the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria in different experimental groups. The conversion of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen is optimal in bottle 2#,while the activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria significantly decreases in bottle 5#with complete addition of biogas slurry. This highlights the importance of ultrafiltration water and biogas slurry on microbial behavior in anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactions. These observations are of great significance for optimizing and controlling anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactions in wastewater treatment.Future research can further explore the effects of specific components in ultrafiltration water and biogas slurry on microbial communities,in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the behavioral characteristics of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria under different water quality conditions.
