Experimental Study on Rapid Determination of Mineral Components in Copper Concentrate by Using X-Ray Diffraction Method
Rapid identification of the occurrence status of mineral elements and accurate selection of appropriate processing techniques are objective requirements for promoting the sustainable development of smelting enterprises. The traditional phase analysis method for detecting copper concentrate samples is cumbersome and time-consuming,making it difficult to meet the needs of smelting enterprises. The copper concentrate samples are rapidly determined by using X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),and the phase composition and content of different imported copper concentrate samples are determined based on the X-ray diffraction pattern. The tube voltage of the X-ray diffractometer is 30 kV and the tube current is 20 mA.Through experimental verification, compared with the results of national standard substance determination,X-ray diffractometer can meet the needs of rapid detection and analysis of copper concentrate phases, and the method has good applicability.
