Comparative Experimental Study on Vanadium Extraction from Vanadium Containing Coal Slag
With the development of the chemical industry, the production of vanadium containing coal slag is increasing day by day,its carbon and calcium content are high, and direct leaching and sodium roasting processes are not suitable.Vanadium containing coal slag is first roasted for decarbonization, followed by acid leaching experiment for vanadium extraction, and comparative analysis is conducted on sodium chloride roasting, barium sulfate roasting,roasting-sulfuric acid leaching, and roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching, respectively. The research results indicate that sodium chloride roasting and barium sulfate roasting have little effect on vanadium extraction from vanadium containing coal slag, and roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching is the optimal process scheme.
