Analysis of the Logical Orientation of Township Level Land Spatial Planning in Underdeveloped Areas—Taking Yan'an Town,Jiangnan District,Nanning City as an Example
Based on the overall planning experience of Yan'an town in Jiangnan district,Nanning city,the logical orientation of township level land spatial planning is analyzed in underdeveloped areas.Research has found that a planning logic orientation based on bottom line control of resources and environment,filling the gaps in infrastructure and public service facilities,coordinating urban and rural construction layout,and achieving development goals such as rural revitalization,development and utilization of advantageous resources,and overall coordination,as well as building livable and business friendly characteristic agricultural small towns,can effectively solve the multidimensional contradictions of land space development,socio-economic development,and resource and environmental protection in underdeveloped areas.
