高地应力松散破碎围岩巷道支护技术研究

受高地应力影响,某煤矿 3410 工作面运输巷围岩变形破坏严重.通过分析围岩破坏深度及机理,采用"锚杆+注浆锚索+金属网+喷射混凝土+注浆管"的联合支护方案.现场工程实践表明,巷道最大顶底板及两帮变形量分别为 120 mm、115 mm,均在安全范围内,优化后支护方案能够保证巷道安全使用.
Research on Roadway Support Technology for Loose and Fractured Surrounding Rock under High Ground Stress
Affected by high ground stress,the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway in the 3410 working face of a certain coal mine is severely deformed and damaged.By analyzing the depth and mechanism of surrounding rock failure,a joint support scheme of"anchor rod+grouting anchor cable+metal mesh+sprayed concrete+grouting pipe is adopted".On site engineering practice has shown that the maximum deformation of the top,bottom,and two sides of the roadway is 120 mm and 115 mm,respectively,both within the safe range,the optimized support scheme can ensure the safe use of the roadway.
