摘要

面山区域是面向湖泊的山体区域,是山脊线靠近湖泊一侧但未受到前方山体遮挡的区域,也是从湖泊水面视角可以观测的山体区域.云南省已出台滇池、阳宗海、抚仙湖等湖泊的保护条例,其中明确提出"面山"的概念,但面山区域范围缺乏明确的划定方法.以阳宗海流域为例,探索高原湖泊流域面山区域划定方法及实现路径,提出面山区域保护的具体措施.总体来说,要强化面山区域空间管控,加强面山区域保护与修复,加大监管和执法力度,提高公众环保意识.

Abstract

The area facing the mountains is a mountain area facing the lake,it is the area where the ridge line is close to the side of the lake but not obstructed by the mountain ahead,it is also a mountain area that can be observed from the perspective of the lake surface.Yunnan province has issued protection regulations for lakes such as Dianchi lake,Yangzonghai lake,and Fuxian lake,which clearly propose the concept of"facing the mountains",however,there is a lack of clear delineation methods for the area facing the mountains.Taking the Yangzonghai basin as an example,the delineation methods and implementation paths for the area facing the mountains are explored in plateau lake basins,and specific measures are proposed for protecting the area facing the mountains.Overall,it is necessary to strengthen the spatial control of the area facing the mountains,enhance the protection and restoration of the area facing the mountains,increase supervision and law enforcement efforts,and raise public environmental awareness.
