摘要

以某硫化铜矿富氧焙烧炉输氧管道为例,结合氧气来源及危险性,识别氧气管路风险,开展氧气管道安全设计.其间综合分析诸多因素,如氧气管道材质、气体流速、管径、阀门、垫片、自控及联锁等,为降低氧气管道安全风险,保障企业正常生产提供参考.

Abstract

Taking the oxygen supply pipeline of a certain sulfide copper ore oxygen rich roasting furnace as an example,combined with the source and danger of oxygen,the risks of oxygen pipelines are identified,and the safety design of oxygen pipelines is carried out.During this process,a comprehensive analysis of various factors,such as oxygen pipeline material,gas flow rate,pipe diameter,valves,gaskets,self-control and interlocking,is conducted to provide reference for reducing safety risks in oxygen pipelines and ensuring normal production for enterprises.
