随着工业和农业的快速发展,汾河流域水资源日渐短缺,生态环境承载力日益增大,流域生态环境问题更加严峻.结合汾河流域生态保护与修复的背景和现实意义,提出汾河流域生态保护与修复的措施,然后开展汾河断面水质自动监测评价.坚持控源截污、内源治理、湿地建设和生态修复的基本思路,对汾河流域进行生态保护与修复,实现汾河水质退出劣Ⅴ类的目标.建立汾河庙前村断面水质自动监测站,确保监测数据达标,把清澈的汾河水送入黄河,为"一泓清水入黄河"工程奠定基础,这对汾河流域生态环境保护和修复具有重要的指导意义.
Analysis of Ecological Protection and Restoration Pathways in the Fenhe River Basin
With the rapid development of industry and agriculture,water resources in the Fenhe river basin are becoming increasingly scarce,and the carrying capacity of the ecological environment is increasing,and the ecological environment problems in the basin are becoming more severe.Based on the background and practical significance of ecological protection and restoration in the Fenhe river basin,the measures is proposed for ecological protection and restoration in the Fenhe river basin,and then the automatic monitoring and evaluation of water quality are carried out in the Fenhe river section.Adhering to the basic ideas of controlling sources and intercepting pollution,endogenous governance,wetland construction,and ecological restoration,ecological protection and restoration are carried out in the Fenhe river basin,thus achieving the goal of withdrawing the water quality of the Fenhe river from Class Ⅴ deterioration.Establishing an automatic water quality monitoring station for the Miaoqian village section of the Fenhe river,ensuring that the monitoring data meets the standards,and sending the clear Fenhe river water into the Yellow River,laying the foundation for the"a patch of clear water flowing into the Yellow River"project,which has important guiding significance for the ecological environment protection and restoration of the Fenhe river basin.
