摘要

目前,我国农村生活污水总体治理水平较低,污水处理设施普遍存在"重建设、轻运维"的现象,导致站点和管网运行故障率高、设施规模不符合实际污水量、设施进出水水质不达标等问题.从全生命周期来看,农村生活污水治理项目设计应重点关注村庄常住人口数量,合理划分村庄类型、选择治理模式并控制户均投资,同时对水量预测、污水管网、处理工艺、污泥处置和智慧管控等方面进行比较.结合苏州市吴江区农村生活污水治理项目,分析农村生活污水治理项目策划重点和设计要点,为长江三角洲农村生活污水治理项目的策划和设计提供参考.

Abstract

At present,the overall level of rural domestic sewage treatment in China is relatively low,and there is a common phenomenon of"heavy construction,light operation and maintenance"in sewage treatment facilities,resulting in high failure rates of station and pipeline operation,facility scale not meeting the actual sewage volume,and substandard inlet and outlet water quality of facilities.From the perspective of the entire life cycle,the design of rural domestic sewage treatment projects should focus on the number of permanent residents in villages,reasonably classify village types,choose treatment modes,and control average household investment,at the same time,comparisons should be made in areas such as water volume prediction,sewage pipe network,treatment technology,sludge disposal,and intelligent control.Based on the rural domestic sewage treatment project in Wujiang district,Suzhou city,the key planning and design points of rural domestic sewage treatment projects are analyzed,thus providing reference for the planning and design of rural domestic sewage treatment projects in the Yangtze River delta.
