电池废料中有价金属的回收工艺研究

废旧锂离子电池正极材料提锂后,废料需要进行深度处理,从而回收镍、钴和锰。试验采用酸浸工艺处理废料,利用硫酸对镍、钴和锰进行浸出。试验结果表明,原料质量为 50 g,硫酸用量为 80 g,水添加量为 200 mL,浸出时间为 60 min,浸出温度为 80℃时,镍、钴和锰的酸浸效果良好,镍浸出率为99。48%,钴浸出率为 99。43%,锰浸出率为 89。24%。酸浸工艺可用于处理废料,实现镍、钴和锰的高效浸出,为镍、钴与锰的分离奠定基础,应用前景较好。
Research on the Recovery Process of Valuable Metals from Battery Waste
After extracting lithium from waste lithium-ion battery cathode materials,the waste needs to be treated deeply to recover nickel,cobalt,and manganese.The experiment uses acid leaching process to treat waste,and uses sulfuric acid to leach nickel,cobalt,and manganese.The experimental results show that when the raw material mass is 50 g,the amount of sulfuric acid is 80 g,the amount of water added is 200 mL,the leaching time is 60 min,and the leaching temperature is 80℃,the acid leaching effect of nickel,cobalt,and manganese is good,the nickel leaching rate is 99.48%,the cobalt leaching rate is 99.43%,and the manganese leaching rate is 89.24%.The acid leaching process can be used to treat waste,achieve efficient leaching of nickel,cobalt,and manganese,and lay the foundation for the separation of nickel,cobalt,and manganese,with good application prospects.
