摘要

总氮是水质监测的重要指标,多项环境标准均对总氮限值有要求.碱性过硫酸钾分光光度法为测定总氮的常用方法,控制总氮测定过程中空白值对提高水质总氮监测数据的准确性具有重要意义.主要研究4 种过硫酸钾试剂对总氮空白值的影响,不同厂家过硫酸钾试剂空白值差异显著.使用重结晶过硫酸钾能显著降低过硫酸钾空白值,同时控制试验条件,能够有效提高总氮测定准确度.

Abstract

Total nitrogen is a crucial indicator in water quality monitoring,with multiple environmental standards setting total nitrogen limits.Alkaline potassium persulfate spectrophotometry is a common method for total nitrogen determination.Controlling the blank value during total nitrogen measurement is vital for data accuracy.This study examines the impact of four potassium persulfate reagents on total nitrogen blank values,revealing significant differences between manufacturers.Recrystallized potassium persulfate significantly reduces blank values,and controlling experimental conditions effectively enhances total nitrogen measurement accuracy.
