摘要

餐厨垃圾处理厂存在爆炸、中毒等安全生产风险.以深圳市某餐厨垃圾处理厂为例,阐述地下餐厨垃圾处理厂的安全设施设计方案.该项目通过合理布局总图和车间功能,设计完善的除臭、暖通送排风和调节池应急排风系统,设置可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统(Gas Detection System,GDS)并与送排风设施连锁控制,实现各种工况下全厂特别是地下污水调节池的安全风险管控.

Abstract

There are safety production risks such as explosions and poisoning in kitchen waste treatment plants.Taking a kitchen waste treatment plant in Shenzhen city as an example,the safety facility design scheme of an underground kitchen waste treatment plant is elaborated.Through a reasonable layout of the overall plan and workshop functions,this project has designed a comprehensive deodorization,heating ventilation and air conditioning supply and exhaust,and emergency exhaust system for the regulating pool,and has set up a Gas Detection System(GDS),which is linked with the supply and exhaust facilities for control,thus achieving safety risk control for the entire plant,especially the underground sewage regulating pool,under various working conditions.
