为提高 3#煤层瓦斯抽采效率,优化底抽巷内穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,具体通过注浆、优化封孔提升钻孔密封效果,优化排渣减少钻孔钻进期间瓦斯动力显现,使用常压水扩孔并合理调控抽采管网提升瓦斯抽采效果.工程应用后,3301 回风巷底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采效率得以显著提高,为巷道掘进及后续采面回采创造了良好条件.
Optimisation of Gas Extraction Technology for Bottom Plate Penetration Drilling
In order to improve the efficiency of gas extraction in coal seam 3#,optimize the gas extraction technology of cross layer drilling in the bottom drainage roadway,specifically improve the sealing effect of drilling through grouting and optimized hole sealing,optimize slag discharge to reduce gas dynamic manifestation during drilling,use atmospheric water to expand the hole and reasonably regulate the extraction pipeline network to improve the gas extraction effect.After engineering application,the gas extraction efficiency of the 3301 return airway bottom drainage roadway through layer drilling has been significantly improved,creating good conditions for tunnel excavation and subsequent mining face recovery.
