白银市平川区露天矿山地质环境问题分析及治理对策

摘要
某建筑用石料矿(凝灰岩)位于白银市平川区,属政策性关闭矿山,目前已废弃.该矿山开采方式为露天开采,历史采矿活动共形成1处采坑、1处表土剥离区、1条矿山道路、4处渣堆、1处办公和生活区,但从未开展生态恢复治理,引发一系列矿山地质环境问题.其中,采矿开挖造成基岩大面积裸露,临空面大大增加,形成不稳定斜坡;采矿活动改变原有的地形条件和地貌特征,致使矿山自然景观的观赏性、连续性、完整性和原始性等属性遭受破坏;采矿造成山体的挖损和渣堆的压占,对土地资源形成破坏.针对现有的地质环境问题,提出恢复治理方案,恢复矿区地质环境.
Abstract
A certain construction stone mine(tuff)is located in Pingchuan district,Baiyin city,it is a policy closed mine and is currently abandoned.The mining method of this mine is open-pit mining,and historical mining activities have formed one mining pit,one topsoil stripping area,one mining road,four slag piles,and one office and living area,however,ecological restoration and management have never been carried out,causing a series of geological and environmental problems in the mine.Among them,mining excavation causes a large area of exposed bedrock,greatly increasing the number of free surfaces,and forming unstable slopes;mining activities alter the original terrain conditions and features,resulting in the destruction of the natural landscape of mines in terms of aesthetics,continuity,integrity,and originality;mining causes damage to mountains and occupation of slag piles,resulting in damage to land resources.Regarding the existing geological environment issues,a restoration and control plan is proposed to restore the geological environment of the mining area.
