Experimental Study on In-situ Passivation and Remediation of Cadmium Contaminated Soil Using Artificially Synthesized Passivators
The potted experiment is conducted,in which different doses of artificially synthesized passivators(thiol modified clay, silicon calcium fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer)are added to high, medium, and low cadmium contaminated soil, and then rapeseed is planted, and stem and leaf samples are collected to determine cadmium content after maturity.According to the detection results of cadmium content in rapeseed stems and leaves, the comprehensive remediation effect of three passivators on cadmium contaminated soil is ranked as follows:mercapto modified clay>silicon calcium fertilizer>calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer. The passivation and inhibition rate of thiol modified clay is the highest, which can effectively prevent cadmium from migrating into rapeseed.
