湿垃圾厌氧处理设施的恶臭污染监测研究

摘要
恶臭污染是湿垃圾处理过程中常见的环境污染问题之一.以上海某湿垃圾厌氧处理设施为例,开展设施生产环节的内部车间、组织排放口、厂界的恶臭组分、浓度和排放特征研究.结果显示:在"前端除臭+末端收集处理"的除臭措施下,厂界及排放口恶臭污染浓度均能满足《恶臭(异味)污染物排放标准》(DB 31/1025-2016)要求;预处理分选车间恶臭污染较严重,恶臭特征因子为总挥发性有机物(Total Volatile Organic Compounds,TVOCs);在垃圾进场高峰期和处理高峰期时恶臭浓度最高.
Abstract
Odor pollution is one of the common environmental pollution problems in the wet waste treatment process.Taking a wet waste anaerobic treatment facility in Shanghai as an example,we carried out a study on the components,concentrations and emission characteristics of the internal workshop,the organizational emission outlet and the plant boundary in the production process of the facility.The results show that:under the deodorization measures of"front-end deodorization+end collection and treatment",the concentration of malodor pollution at the plant boundary and the emission outlet can meet the requirements of Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants(DB 31/1025-2016);the pre-processing and sorting workshop is more seriously polluted by malodors,and the characteristic factor of malodors is Total Volatile Organic Compounds(TVOCs);the odor concentration is the highest at the peak period of garbage entry and treatment.
