海南省生活垃圾分类处理模式探索——以白沙县为例

白沙黎族自治县(简称白沙县)处于海南生态核心功能区,其生活垃圾分类处理对于建设国家生态文明试验区具有重要的意义.为扎实推进海南生活垃圾分类处理工作,从心理、建设、监管3方面梳理堵点,提出培养分类习惯形成分类风尚、全面启动生活垃圾分类体系建设、完善第三方公司的考核机制等方案.
Abstract
Baisha county is located in the core ecological functional area of Hainan,and its classification and treatment of household waste is of great significance for the construction of a national ecological civilization pilot zone.In order to solidly promote the classification and treatment of household waste in Hainan,this paper identifies the bottlenecks from three aspects:psychological,construction,and regulatory.It proposes plans to cultivate classification habits and form a classification trend,comprehensively launch the construction of a household waste classification system,and improve the assessment mechanism of third-party companies.
