摘要

长期以来,瓦斯爆炸事故的防治和高效抑爆技术一直是煤矿安全生产的重中之重.通过溶析结晶法和机械球磨法制备了高岭土基KHCO3 复合抑爆剂,采用扫描电镜、激光粒度仪及氮吸附等温线测试仪等设备对其表面结构、粒度分布以及比表面积等进行表征,在 20 L球形爆炸测试系统中深入考察其抑爆效果,并分析其抑爆机理,结果表明高岭土基复合粉体抑爆剂抑爆效果明显.

Abstract

For a long time,the prevention and control of gas explosion accidents and efficient explosion suppression technology have been the top priority of coal mine safety production.Through dissolution crystallization and mechanical ball milling method to prepare a kaolin-based KHCO3 composite inhibitor,using scanning electron microscopy,laser particle size meter and nitrogen adsorption isotherm tester and other equipment to characterize its surface structure,particle size distribution and specific surface area,etc.,in the 20 L spherical explosion test system in-depth examination of its inhibition effect,and analyze the mechanism of its inhibition,the results show that the kaolin-based composite powder explosion suppression agent inhibitory effect obvious.
