Experimental Study on Sulfide Precipitation of Palladium in Leachate of Waste Palladium Catalyst
The wet process is the mainstream recycling process for waste palladium catalysts,as a classic traditional wet process, the roasting-leaching-displacement-purification process has both significant advantages and disadvantages. The experiment uses HCl-NaClO3 system to leach waste palladium catalyst, studies the influencing factors of sulfide precipitation, reveals the precipitation law of PdS,improves process parameters, achieves technical optimization, and provides a reliable theoretical basis for industrial application.Research has shown that the sulfide precipitation method can replace the iron displacement method, which produces a large amount of slag, the palladium precipitation rate can reach 99.99%,and the precious metal content in the tailings meets the relevant emission standards, and the palladium in the leachate can be efficiently enriched.
