With the introduction of a series of reform policies on the benefits of mining rights transfer,the mining rights assessment management has had a profound impact,However,no matter how the revenue system for mining rights transfers are reformed,high-quality assessment is necessary.Hunan province has taken a series of measures to cope with the reform of the system of proceeds from the transfer of mineral rights.However,with the deepening of the reform,new challenges and problems continue to emerge in the practice of assessing and managing the proceeds from the transfer of mineral rights.In response to these problems,measures have been proposed to strengthen the updating and convergence of the system,optimize the workflow,improve the quality of reports,enhance personnel training and business training,and strengthen the capacity to supervise appraisal practice.
