摘要

为实现动压巷道围岩变形有效控制,以 3603 运输顺槽为研究对象,提出通过桁架锚索、锚杆、单体及注浆方式控制运输顺槽围岩变形.工程应用后,解决了在 3601 工作面采动影响下,3603 运输顺槽围岩变形量大、部分锚杆(索)失效等问题,顶底板、两帮移近量控制在 170 mm、240 mm以内,取得了较好的动压影响巷道围岩变形控制效果.

Abstract

In order to realize the effective control of the deformation of surrounding rock in the dynamic pressure roadway,taking 3603 transportation tunnel as the research object,it is proposed to control the deformation of surrounding rock in the transportation tunnel by truss anchor cable,anchor rods,monolithic and grouting.After the application of the project,it solved the problems of large deformation of perimeter rock and failure of some anchor rods(ropes)in 3603 transportation tunnels under the influence of 3601 working face mining,and the amount of top and bottom plates and the two gangs moving close to each other was controlled within 170 mm and 240 mm,which achieved a better effect of deformation control of perimeter rock of the tunnel under the influence of dynamic pressure.
