Against the backdrop of the"three zones and three lines"policy,Shaoyang City is facing multiple pressures such as tight development space constraints and the need to undertake industrial transfer.It urgently needs to comprehensively and continuously promote the efficient and intensive use of land resources.By conducting on-site research on industrial parks and market entities,this study analyzes the current status of land use and the causes of existing land problems in Shaoyang City,and proposes an economical and intensive utilization path for controlling and increasing land inventory in Shaoyang City.
