晴隆县紫马乡土地开发利用现状及综合评价

为进一步加大土地开发力度,确保土地资源的可持续利用,需按照土地利用总体规划,开发未利用土地,配套基础设施,增加有效耕地面积,最终实现保护耕地的目标.通过开发项目区的 2.2 hm2 土地,改变土地利用结构,可实现新增耕地 1.65 hm2,年总收入为 31 788.9 元,每年净收益为 320 662.79 元,投资回收期为4.78 年.因此,探究土地规划与管理,提升土地规划与管理的精度与科学性,并分析晴隆县紫马乡的闲置土地现状,充分发挥土地规划与管理的作用,利用闲置土地自身优势进行土地的开发利用,建设集约型、绿色发展型社会,实现绿水青山的美好愿景,最终依靠绿色青山所带来的附加值创造出更大价值.
Status of Land Development and Utilization and Comprehensive Evaluation in Zima Township,Qinglong County
In order to further increase land development and ensure the sustainable use of land resources,it is necessary to develop unutilized land,support infrastructure,increase the area of effective arable land,and ultimately achieve the goal of protecting arable land in accordance with the overall land use plan.By developing 2.2 hm2 of land in the project area and changing the land use structure,1.65 hm2 of new arable land can be realized,with an annual gross income of 31 788.9 yuan,an annual net income of 320 662.79 yuan,and a payback period of 4.78 years.Therefore,to explore land planning and management,to improve the accuracy and scientificity of land planning and management,and to analyze and study the status quo of unused land in Zima township,Qinglong county.Give full play to the role of land planning and management,utilize the idle land's own advantages for the development and utilization of the land,and create greater value for the construction of an intensive,green development-oriented society,realizing the beautiful vision of green water and green mountains,and ultimately relying on the added value brought about by the green mountains.
