摘要

垃圾焚烧发电技术在处理城市垃圾的同时会对环境产生一定的影响.从大气污染物排放、水污染物排放、固体废物污染、噪声污染以及环境风险等方面,评估垃圾焚烧发电的环境影响.在此基础上,提出相应的应对策略,包括烟气净化技术的应用、焚烧工艺参数的优化、环境监测体系的建立以及公众参与和信息公开等.通过国内外垃圾焚烧发电项目案例的分析,总结相关经验和启示.研究表明,采取综合性的环境影响应对措施,可以有效降低垃圾焚烧发电的环境影响,实现垃圾处理的减量化、无害化和资源化目标.

Abstract

Waste incineration power generation technology will have a certain impact on the environment while treating municipal waste.The environmental impacts of waste incineration power generation are assessed from the aspects of air pollutant emission,water pollutant emission,solid waste pollution,noise pollution and environmental risks.On this basis,corresponding coping strategies are proposed,including the application of flue gas purification technology,the optimization of incineration process parameters,the establishment of environmental monitoring system,and public participation and information disclosure.Through the analysis of domestic and international waste incineration power generation project cases,relevant experiences and insights are summarized.The study shows that comprehensive environmental impact response measures can effectively reduce the environmental impacts of waste incineration power generation and achieve the goals of waste treatment reduction,harmlessness and resourcefulness.
