Analysis of Energy Recovery Process and Optimization Strategy in Sewage Treatment Plants
At present,there are two commonly used sludge energy recovery technologies in sewage treatment plants,namely sludge pyrolysis hydrogen production technology and sludge anaerobic digestion cogeneration technology.With the development of science and technology,new energy recovery processes for sewage treatment plants have emerged,mainly including anaerobic digestion coupled microbial electrolysis tank methane production process and anaerobic digestion coupled microbial fuel cell electricity production process.In order to enhance the efficiency of energy recovery,it is necessary to analyze the energy recovery technology of sewage treatment plants,summarize the new energy recovery processes of sewage treatment plants,and propose optimization strategies for energy recovery in sewage treatment plants in China.There are three optimization strategies for energy recovery in sewage treatment plants in China,and the first is a multi-objective demand oriented energy recovery strategy,the second is an energy recovery strategy that combines process transformation with cutting-edge technology,and the third is a multi-objective function oriented energy recovery strategy.With the implementation of optimization strategies,sewage treatment plants can better achieve energy self-sufficiency,reduce energy consumption,and improve the level of resource utilization.
